RT4 SUPERSKIN is a unique emulsion of cross linked polymers which is diluted at ‘ultra low concentration’ in water and sprayed onto the coal or ore being transported in rail wagons to create a flexible veneer (skin/crust) which totally binds up all fines to eliminate dust throughout the train’s journey;

APPLICATION
Under normal circumstances, RT4 SUPERSKIN is applied at between 2—5 mls of concentrate per m2 of material. The amount of application water required is adjusted to suit the material type and moisture content. RST design, manufacture, install, commission and maintain specific application equipment to ensure maximum long term and cost effective results.
