PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

LIQUIDLIME is a highly activated semi-colloidal form of calcium in solution.

The impact of LIQUIDLIME in lifting soil pH combined with the effect of direct foliar and root-zone uptake of calcium can significantly improve general plant health and vigour.

The degree of acidity or alkalinity of all materials, including soil, is measured on a pH scale. Acid (low pH) soils are often termed 'Sour Soils'

'Sweet Soils' are neutral or slightly alkaline soils.

SOLUTION

LIQUIDLIME will increase pH levels in soils faster than traditional liming methods so that 'Sour' soils become 'Sweet' again.

Where soil pH adjustment is required, LIQUIDLIME produces a more rapid change. Because it is in solution and has a fast response time, LIQUIDLIME is a versatile, practical and economical alternative to conventional liming.

WHEN TO USE LIQUIDLIME

Stunted growth, ineffective fertilisation, an increase in certain weeds that thrive in acidic soils and hard packed soils.

DOSAGE RATES

As a general guide for pH adjustment, the following rates are recommended:

Soil pH

pH 6 - 25 litres per hectare LIQUIDLIME (10 litres per acre)
pH 5 - 50 litres per hectare LIQUIDLIME (20 litres per acre)
pH 4 - 75 litres per hectare LIQUIDLIME (30 litres per acre)

Add LIQUIDLIME into approximately 400 - 500 litres of water per hectare.
