PENETRATOR is added to the water being applied to the soil to improve water penetration rates and greatly improves moisture retention. The treated water lasts longer in the soil as evaporation rates are reduced as the water holding properties of the polymers that attach themselves to the fine soil particles; greatly improving the soil moisture retention.
SOLUTION
By adding PENETRATOR to the soil we allow the water to soak deeper down into the root zone allowing the following:
Less watering requirements

HOW IT WORKS
1. Improved water penetration through "Wetting Agents"
Wetting agents perform a task very similar to their name - they make water 'wetter'. Water has a natural surface tension, which means it is not as free flowing as we think. By adding small quantities of PENETRATOR to water the surface tension of the water is broken allowing it to flow more freely. Water treated with PENETRATOR will penetrate deep into the soil structure and individual soil particles.
PENETRATOR will allow water to flow to the treatment zones as well as greatly reduce water evaporation rates from the soil.
2. Water Retention through the addition of 'Polymers'
Long Chain Polymers attach themselves to the fine soil particles agglomerating them into a larger mass which allows water to flow more freely through the soil. The Polymers used in PENETRATOR attract and hold water improving moisture retention levels. This action will help hold water and fertilisers around the root zone reducing loss and leaching.
