Heavy Water is a unique blend of Liquid Polymer Surfactants which is diluted in water & sprayed onto unsealed ground to increase water penetration and bind up surface fines;

APPLICATION
Heavy Water is added to each water cart load at a rate of 1:1000 & applied over unsealed areas as required.
