Teaching and Learning Languages: A guide

The Research Centre for Languages and Cultures, University of South Australia, has recently released a new publication (100page book), funded by the federal government. Entitled Teaching and Learning Languages: A Guide it was written by Angela Scarino and Anthony (Tony) Liddicoat.

It is freely available in digital form from its associated website. The website also has a good deal more information that language teachers and administrators may find useful. These include examples of programs, teaching practice and advice on using the guide.   http://www.tllg.unisa.edu.au/
