Option 1 - Rent (long term - 6 months plus) Interstate Relocation

Many clients moving interstate need assistance with qualifying properties prior to making a trip out to inspect them personally.  This service is extremely popular, saving clients valuable time and money.  We will:

• seek out appropriate options and email to you a selection to choose from
• view appropriate properties to create a short-list of quality homes (provide detailed description including photographs)
• liaise with Property Managers and create an inspection schedule, enabling clients to make best use of their time when visiting
• attend viewings with clients, if required, and also assist with tenancy application
• organise key collection, meet you at property
• provide a complimentary Sunrise Information Pack and Welcome Gift  

Option 2 - Rent (long term - 6 months plus) Tenancy Agreement prior to your arrival

Working closely with you via email and telephone, we will find a suitable rental property ready for you to move into immediately on your arrival. We will:

• seek out appropriate options and email to you a selection to choose from
• view appropriate properties, provide detailed descriptions including photographs
• liaise with Property Manager to secure tenancy
• assist with Tenancy Agreement and Entry Report
• organise key collection, meet you at property
• provide a complimentary Sunrise Information Pack and Welcome Gift  

Option 3 - Short-term Hotel/Apartment Accommodation (up to 8 weeks)

Service includes:

• seek out appropriate options and email to you a selection to choose from
• liaise with Property Manager to secure reservation
• provide a complimentary Sunrise Information Pack and Welcome Gift
