Our preferred construction material is durable, corrosion resistant, hygienic and light weight aluminium for both body modules and van fitout. Internal configurations can be customized to suit specific operational conditions and requirements to ensure optimal patient care. |

Ford F-350 Twin Stretcher

The twin stretcher Ford F-350 Ambulance is a lightweight and advanced ambulance module manufactured exclusively from aluminium. Mills-Tui undertakes a chassis extension, and fits the latest in LED emergency lighting technology to these vehicles for excellent conspicuity. Utilising special extrusions and jigs to construct the module, the body is built with strength and lightness in mind. The unit has air conditioning to the cabin and module, and also has electrical inverters (240V power) and internal / external video cameras to aid reversing and monitor the patient compartment. The patient compartment is fitted with one fixed rear facing attendant seat (nearside) and one rear facing sliding seat (offside) that can be moved the length of the offside stretcher to administer care in all scenarios.

The Mercedes Sprinter 316 single stretcher ambulance fit-out by Mills-Tui is unique in its design and build. The fit-out incorporates a simple, clean and ergonomic layout manufactured from lightweight aluminium which ensures flexibility of build for specific customer requirements. The vehicle has ample space for equipment stowage which is easily accessible from the critical patient treatment zone. There is also a fully serviced workstation provided. This workstation is centrally located near the emergency care provider to offer critical secondary monitoring and assistance by secondary emergency personnel.

The Mills-Tui Offroad 4x4 Ambulance (Troopy) is a front line emergency ambulance with single patient carrying capacity for use in those unusual offroad locations. The Troop Carrier Ambulance is designed around the Toyota Troop Carrier Van and incorporates a light weight aluminum fit out. The design also incorporates an offside centre entrance door to further enhance the effectiveness of this well proven design. Additional features include aluminium side step, recovery winch, LED emergency lighting and go anywhere capability.

4 x 4 Mines Ambulance

The mining environment requires a special, purpose designed ambulance to suit this unique application. Mills-Tui proudly offers two ambulance configurations in 4WD configuration to suit the ruggered terrain commonly encountered on mining sites. Available in van and aluminium body module type layout, these ambulances feature heavy duty bullbars, roof mounted engine air intake, emergency lighting and light weight aluminium locker fitout. Driver and passenger airbag protection is also available in selected models.
