SUBSCRIPTIONS AND ENTRIES TO BARRY'S COMPETITIONS
If/when you subscribe to Barry's and/or enter a competition, your details will be placed on our database for communication of future offers and promotions. If you would prefer not to be contacted in future please reply to the email you receive with "unsubscribe" in the subject field. Please note that our database is strictly for our use only and is not passed on to any other party or entity.
Competitions will be drawn by Barry's Management quarterly (commencing June '10) and winners will be notified by email. Management's decision if final and no further correspondence will be entered in to.
REFUND POLICY
Barry's, The Home Improvers ® (Barry's) does not give refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong selection so please make your selection carefully. No refunds will be given on purchases of Discontinued Products and/or Ex-displays.
If an item is faulty or genuinely defective, a refund, exchange or credit may be available provided that the item is returned to us within 10 days of the invoice date, and provided the item arrives in an unopened, undamaged and saleable condition. Please note: Refunds will not be available for items damaged in transit.
COLOUR DIFFERENCES
It is impossible to guarantee that a product’s colour will exactly match that which you see on your computer screen, therefore we do not refund based upon colour differences. Colour differences may be caused by many factors such as printer calibration and monitor setting calibration.
